Return & Refund Policy
At Nextrite, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following terms before requesting a return or refund.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with original packaging and any included accessories. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email colestoltenberglqqlx@hotmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please wait for return instructions before shipping your package.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photos. If a return is necessary, Nextrite will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.
We do not charge a restocking fee. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment.
Exceptions
We do not accept change-of-mind returns for personalized or custom-made items, perishable goods, or sealed hygiene and personal care products after their seals have been broken.
These exclusions do not limit your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods, or any other rights provided by applicable law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact colestoltenberglqqlx@hotmail.com.
Exchanges
For an exchange, contact us first. Where available, we may arrange an exchange or advise you to return the original item and place a new order.
European Economic Area Customers
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Contact us within that period to exercise this right, and return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
For eligible withdrawals, we will refund the purchase price and standard outbound delivery costs within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. You are responsible for the direct return shipping costs unless the goods are defective or we agree otherwise.
Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Where applicable law provides greater protection, those rights take precedence.
